Ex-Akamai Worker to Plead Guilty to Espionage for Disclosing Trade Secrets - Bloomberg

How many times do the Israeli's, or for that matter, any country operating in the United States get these offers? The better question is, how many times do those countries give up this opportunity? It was calculated that this would be, employee-in-place, was worth more to the Israeli government by giving him up than attempting to run him as an intelligence asset.

On a serious note though...what was this guy thinking?  So readily offering up his services...for an initial $3000 dollars?  The FBI ran him for 18 months...hopefully not for $3000 each of the 60+ dead-drops.  He claims his reason for spying was ideological and for the defense of Israel but obviously seems to be motivated by money.  Chump.
