Freeze it (stop what he's doing)
Personalize (Every other "hacker" who installs stupid software)
Polarize (Make everyone afraid to touch the issue)
This kid is going to get owned and made an example of. Perfect strategy. It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt or arrested and thrown in jail. Good luck kid, you are about to get jail time...which will set precedence to arrest more.
