They should just reliable private security into something else...easy fix.
Also, what is the state of preparedness for Karzai's military? Tell me things are going well and I will be happy...that the people can actually, successfully, take back control. Otherwise, this just seems like a decision to show progress, which is good, except when people can possibly die unwillingly because of it.
