This is the first time I've seen the anonymous source cited like this. The newspaper will get you the discussion, but this is a requirement to do it. No longer does it seem to matter if something is classified or should stay in house...it is only a condition which must be undertaken in order to discuss the matter publicly...this is seriously wrong.
