I think people forget that even though the "nuclear clock has slowed"...all it takes is half a can of cola worth of nuclear material to make a traditional nuclear weapon. It takes LESS to make a dirty bomb spread fear into populations...THERE IS NO SLOW. Only start and stop...I don't get this argument. I think the general population will understand this concept so why isn't the media throwing this idea around?
